Custom-Made Phone Case Orders

You can now share your customization wishes directly in the note field at checkout – no need to email first (although you're still welcome to do so!).

Please be as specific as possible in your note. For example:
– With or without camera border decoration
– Full cover or more natural look
– Any other preferences you may have

The more details you provide, the better I can tailor your order to your liking.

If you'd prefer to discuss your design in advance, feel free to email me at Pinkiimoons@hotmail.com. I can send you examples and create a custom design for you. Once you approve the design, you can return to the webshop to place your order.

Important: Once a design has been approved and completed, refunds are not possible – so please make sure you're happy with the final design before confirming.

The information that you need to provide me:

-*Phone Model (e.g., iPhone 14) 

- *Color Preferences (e.g., pink and white mix)
- *Theme & Design Elements (e.g,  Kitty heart theme, white swirls, pink background)
- *Charms & Shape Details

Feel free to attach reference pictures or describe your vision in detail. We'll create a design that suits you perfectly!

⚠️ Please note: Since these cases are handmade, minor imperfections may occur. The case requires **48 hours to dry** before shipping.

Keep away from moisture
Even though we use waterproof silicone, try to avoid contact with water or high humidity. If it gets wet, gently pat dry and let it air dry completely.

Clean with care
Use a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. Stay away from harsh cleaners or rough scrubbing tools to prevent damage.

Store properly
Keep items in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. Use protective storage to avoid dust and accidental damage.
