Política de envío

Orders are custom-made and require 3–30 business days for production before shipment.
Once production is complete, orders are shipped and delivery may take up to 7 additional business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

All orders are shipped with tracking information, which is provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays that are outside of our control.

In this case, the order was shipped to the address provided by the customer and the carrier tracking confirms that the package was successfully delivered.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the correct address, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
