What phone models can be made? We can make cases for any phone model. Just add your phone model in the order notes or email us directly.

How long does it take to ship? Since each item is handmade, production takes between 3–30 business days. Shipping time depends on your location, usually 5–7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes!

Can I return or exchange my order? Because each case is handmade and customized, returns are not accepted. However, if you accidentally ordered the wrong model or style, you can request a one-time free correction. Just let us know as soon as possible, before shipping.

What if I received the wrong item? If the mistake was ours (wrong model/design, we’ll either:

• Remake and resend your order
• Or offer a full refund — your choice

You need to send us a photo of your item so we can take it from there.

What if I made a mistake and only noticed after delivery? If you received the wrong model due to your own error, we offer a 30% remake discount. We’ll create and ship the correct version for you.

Hard Plastic Case (Polycarbonate) Our phone cases are made from durable hard plastic, typically polycarbonate. This material is lightweight, impact-resistant, and keeps its shape, offering solid protection without bending or stretching. Unlike soft silicone cases, these hardcases provide a firm grip and a sleek, structured look.

Simulated Cream Glue This is the main material used for decorating our cases. It starts off soft and creamy, allowing for detailed design work. Once dried, it hardens into a protective layer that holds charms securely and adds a glossy finish to your case.
